📦 Delivery Responsibility

Our responsibility is to securely package your order within 2 business days. Onefiveone is not liable for stolen, misplaced, or lost-in-transit orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier.  

🚚 Shipping Partner

We use Chit Chats, a Canadian shipping company that offers low prices for businesses by partnering with couriers like UPS, USPS and Canada Post. You can read more about them here.

🛡 Product Packaging

Minor cosmetic imperfections such as small tears, scuffs, or seam separations on factory sealed product shrink wrap, as well as other minor packaging defects not caused by external damage, are considered normal and do not qualify for returns or compensation. 

🔻 Clearance & Final Sale Items

All items marked as clearance or discounted in our online store are final sale once the order has been processed and shipped. No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted for these items.

🌍 Third-Party Shipping & Freight Forwarding

If an order is shipped to a third-party service, freight forwarder, or similar, Onefiveone does not accept responsibility for any damages, delays, or issues that arise after the parcel leaves our hands.

✈️ Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred during shipment. We are not liable if your parcel is delayed, opened, or rejected by customs or border services. These situations are outside of our control and do not entitle the order to refunds or compensation.

🏠 Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double check your shipping information before completing your order. Onefiveone is not responsible for any failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
